Terms of Service – Hype

By adding Hype to your server or using any of its commands, you explicitly agree to the following:

1. Hype is a social and community-growth bot. As part of its features, it may automatically invite you or add you to various community servers, event servers, or partner servers.
2. Being added to a server modifies your Discord account (a new server appears in your server list). By using Hype, you give explicit, revocable consent for this action.
3. You can revoke this consent at any time by:
   • Using the /optout command
   • Going to Discord Settings → Authorized Apps → Revoke Hype's access
4. As soon as you revoke consent, Hype will immediately stop adding you to any new servers.
5. Hype never accesses or stores your password, token, or private messages. It only uses Discord's official API with the permissions you granted.
6. You must be at least 18 years old to use Hype.
7. You may not use Hype for spamming, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please run /optout immediately or remove the bot from your server.

We fully comply with the Discord Developer Policy and Discord Terms of Service.
